The call was answered right away. Jerry was very professional and friendly I did ask for an ETA and he was right in saying he didnt know exactly, that he would get there as soon as he could, which I can understand due to traffic being unpredictable. I told him I had a driver who needed to be somewhere by a specific time and he was honest by telling me he would do what he could to get him there as he only had 30 mins to do so. Jerry did pick up my driver right away and got him to his appointment with time to spare. I didnt come across anything that any of the other reviews mentioned, not sure what they were talking about but I would use them again and recommend them. I got excellent service.

If their company was toilet paper I wouldn't use it to wipe my ass.. Dispatcher was unprofessional .. They made me wait 1 hour and 15 minutes before notification of a taxi being dispatched via text message. I called AAA taxi and they showed up and got me to my destination so fast I arrived at my destination at the same time affordable taxi driver called me... I didn't even justify answering their call. The company needs to be restructured or SHUT DOWN!!!

They were so rude. They said because of the rain, they couldn't give me a time estimate. I've been waiting for over an hour now.

Is it possible to give a minus 3 star review because the review makes you give at least one star and they dont even deserve that. The worst. Absolutely horrendous and if that dispatcher doesnt take a class in people skills they might just have a riot at their door. Quote one price and when you get there its 5.00 more than the quoted price. We must have gone through a warp time zone.

They are horrible the dispatch they're rude to you but yet we are the ones that make the money ridiculous

The dispatch was a total ahole I ask for a arrival time his response was we don't give arrival times the only reason I called it was the only one on sun. That was running .with all the bad reviews it surprises me that Joplin would keep giving them a licenses to operate

Trust me...... even 1 star is being kind after my experience with them. They are totally useless. I scheduled a pick up from Price Cutter's yesterday afternoon.... took 2 phone calls and a over 2 and a half hour wait with my groceries before they finally showed up. The first time I called they claimed there was no pickup called in.... until I said where I was.... then the operator said "oh yea" and promptly informed me that they sent the driver on another pick up an hour away.... and had no idea when the could pick me up. Then when we arrived at home the driver had the nerve to still charge me for the ride... I couldn't believe it. Will never use them again.

If I could select 0 I would. Granted it's bad weather, but after over TWO HOURS we found another way to get our stranded daughter home.

Ok I just called them at 10:08. I needed to get to the airport. 40 min later I called back. They said as soon as he is done with this other call. I said ok. I waited till 11:30 and he showed up. The driver started out telling me was having problems with the junkie van. It was over heating. He drove like a maniac scared the Crap out of me. Yelling at others that were driving the speed limit. He had to stop the van twice to try and cool the motor down. Don't not use this company try AAA. Hope they go out of business or someone that can run a taxi service will take it over.

These are the dirtiest cabs i ever rode in,.. Ever. 90 degrees out and driver would not turn on A/C.. Rude,..

Extremely dirty cabs. Dont call this one if you need to be somewhere on time. Rude service not only from the dispatch but also from the drivers. I will never use this cab again.

I have been using AAA and decided to give this one a shot i called and the woman on the phone was rude right from hello i asked her what the wait time was and she said "i have no clue ill get you sooner or later" in a really snippy tone so i decided to say never mind and she said ok whatever and hung up

We have been using this taxi service for 4 years and recently the owner has hired his daughter and son in law to work dispatch. His daughter is VERY unfriendly and unethical. I understand why she has to work for her father with her lack of customer service skills. We called them last week and I asked her how long until the driver gets here and her response was "I don't know." Her tone of voice is very short and mean. We ended up waiting 1 1/2. That is unacceptable! Tonight, we decided to give them one more shot since we have been going with Jerry's taxi service for 4 years now, same thing happened only worse. She hung up on us 3 times, when I told her our street address she specifically asked me if we were in Webb City or Joplin. I said Joplin. She still gave the driver Webb City causing him to be another 30 minutes. Again, we waited too long. We called for the ride at 8:12 p.m. Called again at 8:40. Called again at 9:00 and she claimed the driver was 4-5 miles away. Called again at 9:20... No answer... Called again. No answer..... Finally after the 6th time, I asked to speak with Jerry (the owner) and she said I could not speak to Jerry because it is his day off even though he has a VERY dissatisfied customer. She ended up hanging up on me... My husband called back and her husband answered and told us that WE are disrespectful! Driver finally showed up at 9:36 p.m. We tipped him and told him we wouldn't be using his service tonight or any other evening.
