very good on you tube for yellow belt test must really practice alot. I think that is what it takes to make it work. A very good self defense style.

Highly recommended because they have a traditional Taekwondo program that is great physical and character development for youngsters. They also have a modern Hapkido program that is an excellent self defense course for adults of all ages and physical capabilities.
