Update from: 11/06/2019 Review
After speaking to MR Wheeler and explaining my concerns I feel we are on the right track again.
The Estate is moving forward and I now can reach the firm if I have any concerns.
I will give a final update after closing but I feel much better about representation.
At first meeting of James Wheeler everything sounded good and I would be helped but after I signed the agreement and gave him $2,000.00 of my own money for a non-refundable retainer I cannot get any communication.
I have sent numerous emails and made calls but each time I speak to the paralegal Terry, she says she will call me back then weeks go by, still no update.
It has been impossible to even find out the closing date of the estate, I am left by myself and do not know my next move or even if the deadline to sell the estate is past.
I hope other people will have better luck; there is not much money for them to make, I have been sending many letters to debt collectors, maybe that is why they do not care to go on but I still should be represented as an Administrator and my questions should be answered.
I met with Jim Wheeler about some Estate Planning. He took the time to explain things to me that I had questions about. He was not like other attorneys that I have dealt with in the past in that he took plenty of time to meet with me and go through my paperwork. He was also very accommodating when trying to set appointment times around my work schedule. I would highly recommend.
