I was in the market to purchase a new home. From the outside everything looked great, however coming from a family of skeptics my father encouraged me to have a septic inspection even after my home had a general house inspection. For a very fair and downright cheap price M & J came out with short notice and did a detailed inspection. It was found that the tank had been built incorrectly. In addition it was a health violation and never should have been approved. I did not get that house and saved myself 10s of thousands of dollars.
