After facing regular troubles with my car, I tried to find out reason behind it. Then contacted JD Full Service Auto Repair for a check-up and the mechanic there promptly sorted out the issue related to radiator of my vehicle. He also advised me to go for changing of flush and fill of radiator at least once every two years as it removes sludge and rust build-up for efficient working. After that, I find my car running smoothly with no occurrence of previous issue. Great information from JD Service to a layman like me!

Horrible service, they charge extremely too much for work and don't do a good job! I had them put on my fuel pump that I purchased from an auto part store and after installing it, they did not replace the grommet which is standard procedure. When I asked them to do it, they tried to charge me another 125. The charged me 350 to put on the fuel pump! Only thing I recommend from them is an oil change, and you might need to watch them do that!

I came in with my BMW and was imediately assisted. I ask for a tune-up and it was done within the next hour and a half. I was very content with the service and the staff was genuinely friendly. I do reccomend this place.

i would not recommend this repair shop.i paid over $700.00 for tune up,oil change,emissions,and a starter.i started having trouble with my car not starting.i had battery checked and was told by another center i did not have a battery problem,but a starter one.i took car back and was told my cable was loose.will take to dealer to see if they actually installed a starter.i told one of the mechanics i did not like the way i was treated as a customer when i picked up car the first time.my second visit they did not want to check my car again without a receipt.i had the repairs done under 30 days.i told the mechanic he should have my repairs on the system.that was my first visit to this shop and my last one.

I filed a civil law suit case with this place for performing a poor service and damaging my truck while I went there to get a tune up. It took them 5 hours for them to give me a tune up and they winded up busting my radiator, damaged my whole hood rod and missing my anti-theft switch assembly part. I paid $150 to them to get it fixed. They busted it so they should replace it for free. It cost me $403.12 for a tune up and to replace my radiator which they busted and try to blame it my truck had a lot of mileages. Seriously??? The mechanic there that performed my tune up name was Cornell. He thinks that he knows what he is doing but really he doesn’t. Lie to my face and didn't even look at you when you are talking to him. Even after my tune up with them, my engine service light still came back on the next day! Nice going guys!!! Thanks for nothing! I took them to court on Oct. 2009 and won the case. The judge rewarded me $1,275.25 for my loss. They filed for an appeal at the last minute. As of today, April 6, 2010, I'm still waiting for the court date. I also had filed a FIFA and a stipulation against them along with Better Business Bureau. This company is shady, can't be trusted, not reliable, bad mechanics and don't deliver the goods like they say. Stay away from them. The only thing that they are good at is changing oil.

I called JD around 0900 and asked for a quote and waiting time for a tune up. I was told to come right over, and there would be no wait (I could get right in). I waited 2 1/2 hours for my car to be pulled in the bay. Waited another 2 hours for my vehicle to be fixed. All the while, I watched 3 employees laugh and joke while gathered around one vehicle. There were a lot of employees at work, but not a lot of repairs being completed. I was very disappointed, and unsatisfied with the service I received. I would NOT recommend them.

I went into JD's full service auto repair for a simple tune up and ended up paying for their mistake... my radiator supposedly blew up and burned (I was lied to) the employee that I spoke with most likely was the individual that busted my radiator, he blamed the mistake on someone else that was not even working on this particular day. I am disappointed because I left paying way more than expected and the dishonesty in the crew member. I don't recommend that u go to this shop unless u are their friends.
