They were charging me 240% more for the same work with the same materials. They told me I needed a new unit when I only needed a compressor. I guest it always easer to install a new unit for more money if you don’t have the ability to now how to fix it. Not to be trusted.

I contacted this company in April 2017 to replace an air conditioning unit. Four months later the unit starts to leak. I called Berry Good and they sent a technician to come out to look at the unit. Instead of repairing the unit the technician tried to sell me plumbing services. I asked them to send out a different technician. They sent out the same guy. After three failed attempts to repair the unit I had another company come out and replace the Berry Good air-conditioner. In the meantime I incurred a bill of $900 to remove the water from my home and a bill of almost $3000 to repair the water damage. If Berry Good knew what they were doing the situation could have been repaired within 12 hours of the first sign of the leak. Because this company is incompetent, the entire matter took 23 days to fix. Berry Good refused to pay for the damages and I filed suit against them. Turns out the address that they have listed with the Secretary of State is a vacant house. Not the kind of people you want to do business with...

Service was great when I first bought unit but in less than a year unit has had several issues. When I have tried to get unit maintenanced, no return calls and no show for scheduled service. Would not recommend this company unless you're educated on heating/air. Yes they are least expensive than some others, but you get what you pay for!

A few weeks ago I had my HVAC system completely replaced by Berry Good Heating-Air-Plumbing. Justin, Chris and Tim are excellent professionals who not only know what they are doing but also are on time, keep the customer always informed on their progress, and to my surprise called me the next day to make sure I was completely satisfied with the system they had just installed! I will be calling Justin to replace my second unit later this year and will request that he does the system upgrade. I am glad I found them. I highly recommend them. Their costs are fair and reasonable. This is a company you can trust!

The technician was professional and very helpful. The technician completed the job in a timely manner and also assisted with programming the thermostats. I would definitely recommend the company to family and friends.

They were professional, but they did not clean up after themselves I had to clean up the wires that were left (from an electrical job) and the electrician put a hole in bathroom wall. The hole that they tried to patch up wasn't very good, my husband had to come behind them to complete the work. Also they were supposed to come back to repaint where they put the hole in the wall. And they did not. I don't think I will be calling them for any more work on our home, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

Extremely pleased with my air conditioner service which was performed by Justin of Berry Good Heating and Air. I recently purchased a foreclosed home which had been sitting for some time. Although it passed inspection, I noticed that the air was a problem for both my systems. Justin was fantastic about walking me through all my issues and very patient with every question and options that I present. I would definately recommend them in the future.
