The least appealing thing about this location is their ours of service. Only working a mere 9 hrs/day, no weekends,and about as slow as I have ever seen. I took a unit to them and it took them 11 days to return it. Now, in their defense, I took them a major problem, but, they should have been equipped to handle it more quickly. Something got caught in my drive shaft and tore every electrical wire and air hose in its wake. Needless to say, it needed a total rewire of everything. I took it to them on a Friday nite. So it was not checked in until Monday. Did I mention New years Day was Tuesday? 12 days of no revenue earned, 12 days of hotel stays and food. The chief cause, banker hours for a service shop. They did good work( no problems so far), but it took entirely too damn long.
