These people are a joke! Just purchased a house in the Jonesboro area and during the inspection found that there was an issue with the AC. The sellers used this company to fix problem. They did not. I called them to ask what services they had done to the unit and the first response was "if your implying that we come out for free, we won't!" Really I was calling to ask if they installed new units because I knew we would be needing one. Well guess what?, I will be spending my $13,000.00 else where! Idiots have no customer service skills and just lost out on making money I hope the owner or manager sees this so they can address the issues they have.
