So one day I went in to find some power tools for work. Found the saw and drill I needed. I looked behind the counter and was a SA m1a standard NEW for $1200. I asked the guy if it was a real price and he said yes. Before you go commenting on how cheep you can find them understand I'm in Arkansas and m1a/m14 are damn hard to find. 1200 is a damn good price.

I didn't have the full amount so to keep it from being sold I put it on layaway.

My wife goes to yesterday to make a payment and the lady tells her......"the gun was sold and shipped on gun broker for $900. We have another one that is NIB for $1400. We will still keep it on layaway and we will pay the tax so all you have to pay is flat $1400." So I told my wife to get the money back and leave. She did.

I just got off the phone with the lady that sold the gun TWICE and all she can say is "sorry but you can buy this one for $1400"

If you can't stick to your word and make things right you don't need to own a business.
