Beware they will mess up your documents and then take no responsibility for it. Rude and incompetent. Misspelled the name on our title, despite having various documents with my name on it. I live out of the county, about 1.5 hrs and I called to ask if they could correct this error. They told me to come by and they'd fix it. When arriving they then refused, and said I had misspelled my own name? What a waste of time. I then called and talked to a manager who refused to apologize, and just blamed everything on me, the customer and hung up on me.
