These people are by far the worse! Unprofessional, unhelpful, clueless, money and money hungry. I've had nothing but problems with my car since having a very expensive remote start installed by these guys. And to top it off, they've been completely unhelpful, their solution is to charge me hourly labor to rectify their mistake! There are many other options in the joliet area, I highly suggest anyone looking to have any work done go to those other places, I've had to go to chrysler and and auto crafts to have this issue resolved, not to mention being out hundreds of dollars for nothing!

these guys don't play when it comes to car audio professional very knowledgeable courteous to customers I'd recommend this business to anybody looking for a good car stereo
