The routing is terrible , and the drivers look tired and over worked. I was late getting to school.a few times because of poor routing ,driver already had other pickups ,then driver Will get more ad ons across town

The bus drivers at this company are very nice and helpful and very professional.but some of the buses do not run well at all . Some of the buses Don`t have A/C in front or back. the driver and passenger have to suffer from the heat. a few drivers drove a bus that almost stalls in the intersection and lots of black smoke comes out of tail pipes and the Windows rattles slot and want stay closed. some of the buses are terrible.
