This place is AWESOME!! I've been a customer since they opened. Their prices are fair, and turn around time is very reasonable. They owners are very nice and extremely helpful. I have NEVER EVER had a bad experience at the Joliet Pottery Lounge and do not hesitate to recommend this place to all!!

To sum up my experiences with The Joliet Pottery Lounge (JPL), I would say it is run unprofessionally with deceitful tactics/service, and is unscrupulous. I would warn EVERY customer, that JPL DOES NOT give out receipts just "pick up ticket". DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT DEMANDING A COPY OF THE TICKET THAT WAS FILLED OUT DETAILING WHAT YOU PURCHASED. Otherwise you may end up being like me, out of hundreds of dollars like me. The public needs to know the major customer service issues and business practice problems that could impact another customers interactions with JPL. If I had known about how this business was run or how the owners would handle a situation like this, I NEVER would have conducted business with JPL. To make things even worse, I have been personally threatened that if I attempt to contact the BBB to report them, or write a review based on the service I experienced, they will release personal information about me along with an immense amt of lies
