Messed up my phone and an old tablet. Didnt rework on any of it nor did they give me a refund. Do not use. HOrribke at what they do

I've been a loyal customer of theirs for years and have spent a lot of my hard earned money there. I asked if they could do me a favor and givee me a good deal on changing a battery for an iPhone 4 which i read is extremely easy she tried charging me 50 bucks and after i told her how much business i have done with her she didn't care. I paid 10 bucks on ebay for the hole kit did it myself in 5 minutes. Don't go to these criminals.

these people are terrible they lost my Galaxy S4 they claimed that they were robbed and they would pay me once their insurance money came in and they gave me a $20 flip phone a replacement they were not robbed they lost or stole my phone there where also 3 different customers there angry at the same time because there stuff wasn't ready on time or they couldn't find it they lie and say its in thier orland park location with an expert (this is a lie their orland location is closed) these people are criminal they steal your stuff

The one in Joliet Illinois is not good. Yes the people are all nice but they had me come in everyday for a week. Also they said that my tablet was fixed. I came in that Friday (I dropped it off at the begaing of the week) and the guy made it sound like they had broken the tablet. So I had to wait two days. I called them that Monday and they said they had it. When I came in after 4:00 they said it hasn't been dropped off yet. DON'T GO TO EFIX IN JOLIET. They don't fix things they just keep it just to mess with you and you'll never get it back

I took my tv to efix.. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They had my tv for over a month. When they told me the price to fix it after two and a half weeks I told them not to fix it. I told the person that called me I went to the store a couple days later and they didn't have it. I told another guy in the store not to fix it and to return my tv. He said he would call me when he got it back. To no surprise he never called. So I went back over there spoke to a lady this time. She said she knew nothing about it. Took my name and number told me she would call that she was the one that goes and picks them up. Guess what no call again. Finally a call from the efix they fixed the tv and it was ready for pick up a month and a half later of me trying to get my tv back. Charges me for a repair I NEVER AUTHORIZED!!! I looked at the tv and asked where the base to the tv was. He looked at me says seriously. THEY LOST IT... SERIOUSLY.. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Got my phone fixed the very same day couldn't have asked for more oh and the people working their were nice

I Went To Efix And Got My IPhone 4s Charging Port Repaired And Also Went Back And Got My Laptop Screen Fixed, I Just Got To Say This Place Is Great.!! The People Their Are so Friendly Especially The Tech Erik Besides Beqin Super Cute He was Super Great Explained Everythinq He Did && Tauqht Me How To Work With The New Changes Gotta Say Just A Great Place.!

I would like to give Efix a nice review based on their work, unfortunately they couldn't be bothered to open up on time...or even CLOSE to on time. I was there 20 min after their stated opening time and it was closed. Can't tell you how nice it was to have made a wasted trip with kids in tow. I will try again since they seem to be the only place available nearby to do the repair I need. But for customer service, you get a Zero.
