Went in and purchased 12in mop heads recived a couple and went to another location and picked up a couple more. They all had snaps on them to keep from sliding out. I had the owner order me 8 more head and i purchased 12 handles,and,mop head holders. When order came in of the dust mop heads i picked up. I got home opened and put dust mop head on and began to use on basement foor. Keep in mind these dustmop heads have NO SNAPS. I hit a little waterfrom cats dish mophead stuck alittle and slipped out of sleave. I returned to store with the rest of the heads told the this in not what I wanted. I wanted the ones with the SNAPS on them just like the first ones i purchased. She said thats the way they come now. So I told her i wanted my money back.SHE VERY IGNORANTLY SAID NO WE DONT GIVE REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THIS IS NOT WHAT I HAD PURCHASED AND ORDERED. THAT YOU ARE FORCING ME TO SPEND MY MONEY IN YOUR STORE FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER. SO I HAD HER PUT IT IN WRITING THAT SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. SHE DID IN SO MANY WORDS BUT SHE WANTED ME TO SIGN THE PAPER AND ON IT PLAIN AS DAY IT SAYS NO CASH REFUNDS. SO I REFUSED. SO NOT ONLY IS SHE VERY VERY IGNORANT BUT SHE TREATS HER CUSTOMERS LIKE THERE IDIOTS AT LEAST ME. SO BUYER BEWARE I WOULD NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THIER BECAUSE IF YOUR NOT HAPPY OR IF SOMETHING IS WRONG THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH IN THIER STORE.

I have been going to conrads for quite a while for vacuum and cleaning supplies. However it seems as though the owner has went off the deep end. Everytime i have been in there lately it has been a high pressure sales pitch to buy herbalife or mary kay. If you want to give me a book with information thats great. But i do not have the time to stand there and discuss crazy conspiracy theories. Sometimes all i would like to do is buy what i need and leave. Also as a business owner myself it is absolutely unprofessional to berate your employees in front of customers. And this isnt a once in a while thing. Everytime i come in its a high pressure sales pitch for something/her yelling at someone. I will start buying my supplies online. I will also not reccomend this place. The items they sell are quality products however the owner of the store pushes people away.

Dropped off my vacuum on 12/28/13 for repairs - I was told they were very busy, taking inventory and backed up but they would call me within 3 days. No response so I called them - still taking inventory. Called again - 1/9/14 couldn't give me a report but someone will call me this afternoon. NO Call! Called again on 1/10/14 and was told very rudely that they have been backed up, the computers went down, I wasn't the only one waiting for my machine to be fixed and that the initial $35.00 charge would now run me over $70.00. Didn't really get a chance to explain that a little communication along the way would have done wonders. Nobody likes calling back three times and finding out that nothing has even been done - I have gone 2 weeks without my vacuum and its been sitting in their shop! Decided to just go pick it up and leave these people with their obvious problems.

I was looking for a better way to clean my carpet. I hated getting the carpet and pad wet. I seemed to look dirtier after it never completely dried. The fine people at Conrad showed me a better way. I now DRY CLEAN my carpet ! Much better and easier to do it !!!

Recently reading an article of how the author has been cleaning wrong for all these years, she proceeded to tell how she talked to the "Professionals" and got the low down. She they suggested going to the local janitorial supply store. I was very pleased with the wealth of knowledge I received, the helpful advice, and the customer care. And the prices! WOW, I wont have to buy cleaning agents for months. It is all concentrated. Don't be fooled either, the aroma is NOT toxic, it is a very mild "clean" scented product. At the supermarket you "Pay for the water" that is inside the cleaning products.Will be returning for other needs as well.

I have arthritis and needed something to clean my shower that actually works the first time. The sales rep suggested that I try Shower Clean. It is the best product that I have ever used and actually removes hard water deposits and soap scub without scrubbing. The staff is very knowlegable and very helpful. Any time they have serviced my vacuum, it has always improved its efficiency to work like new again.

My new Dyson cost $367.35, now another $35. for NOTHING. Thats after calling Dyson's service dept. [Mathew] the vacuum still had no brush function, I was told to take it to Conrads. After using them twice before over a 20 year period, I think things have gone to hell. $400.00 is to much for a plastic vacuum with that kind of service.

I have been going to conrads for years and they never cease to amaze me. They have tons of vacuum supplies in stock and if they don't have what you need they can order anything! I love their cleaning chemicals and they have saved me tons over the years. The staff is very knowledgeable and are always ready to solve any cleaning problem i might have. They also do service and I have used them several times and am always pleased with the work they do. Can't say enough about this place. I tell all my family and friends to go there and once they do they are just as ecstatic as I am!

I love this place! They carry everything you could think of when it comes to cleaning. They serviced my vacuum and its running like new again! I love their cleaning products, and the concentrates they offer work way better than the grocery store stuff i was using and its MUCH cheaper. Great people, great service and excellent supplies!!!!

I called w/ a question re: bags, and the person answering the phone was very helpful and friendly!
