The prints were perfect and the consistency between the garments was great. Their employees were all very nice and accommodating. Since having a change in management these guys have really changed for the better.

They are hard to contact and don't have your stuff done when they say it will be. They don't follow the orders made and charge you for extra things you didn't even order but they made anyways. And if you do get things from them, check your order to make sure it is correct!! Like I mentioned earlier, got too many shirts with my order, one of the products wasn't completed, and there were stains on another product. Despite everything, the products that were embroidered looked nice.

The employees at Rocket are rude and hard to work with. They are very close minded and not willing to strive to please the customers. Their lack of creativity and inability to effectively communicate with people results in poor designs and poor quality. I would not suggest them to anyone.
