AWESOME! Live person answered the phone, open on Monday Victory day too. We had an emergency, the hood of our van opened and smashed the windshield on the highway, I called they gave us a great rate and replaced it within just a few hours. Service and follow up was fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Wood's Rooter Service (East Providence,RI) Thank you!

Yesterday while Christmas shopping at the mall, someone broke into my car and not only stole my gifts but broke my rear door glass as well. I called several glass companies to see who could help me and who would be fair with the price knowing it was just a few days before Christmas. I found Altieri Glass in Johnston and not only were they accomodating, but the price was at least half of what the other companies wanted. Within an hour, my car was back to normal. Thanks again to Steve and his staff, who very professional and helpful. You have a customer for life!!! I will recommend this company to everyone. GREAT JOB!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Great people to do business with. I went to have my mirror bonded to windshield and they had me out in no time at all. If I had a glass problem I know where to go to now. They were very busy at the time but took the time to address my small problem.Thanks for the service. George from Cranston

I had called several different glass companies looking for a price on a new windshield. All of which were too high and not very courteous on the phone. Then I called Altieri Glass and was immediately greeted by the owner, Steve, who was so helpful and professional throughout the conversation and gave me an estimate that was much more affordable for me. They even came to install the windshield at my place of business at the agreed time. If anyone wants a professional job and speak with courteous people, then Altieri Glass is the place to call. I highly recommend them.
