Although we are an appointment based clinic, we do our best to accommodate same day requests but encourage you to call in advance. Johnston serves the Des Moines area including Dallas Center, Granger, Grimes, Polk City, Saylorville, Urbandale, and more. The closet Urgent Care is located at our West Des Moines campus.
