Thanks for taking care of business!

On August 10, 2014 I purchased a Caldera Palatino hot tub from Aqua Oasis Pool & Spa Johnston, Iowa at the Iowa State Fair. The hot tub was delivered to our home on Monday, September 8, 2014. When the hot tub arrived a piece of paneling that acts as a skirting around the hot tub was broken. The delivery men were made aware of this and agreed to send a new piece of paneling to replace the broken. My husband showed the delivery men where to place the hot tub and they left. Due to heavy rains in our area the hot tub wasn’t filled until late Wednesday evening (9/10/14). The heater and jets were turned on at this time and the cover was placed on top. At 6 am on 9/11/14 the hot tub was found empty but the pump and jets were still on. The drain was properly secured as it was prior to filling and it was found when more water was placed in the tub that the plumbing below was where the issue was. On 9/11/2014 a call was placed to Aqua Oasis Pool & Spa in Johnston, Iowa around 8 am but learned they didn’t open for business until 10 am. On 9/11/2014 calls were made at the following times, 11:05 am, 11:14 am, 11:43 am, 3:57 pm, 5:12 pm, and 5:55 pm. Ben is who answered the phone on each occasion except the 5:12 call and the answering machine picked up on that particular call. Ben ensured each time that an AJ would be calling. AJ did not return a single call on 9/11/2014. At 5:55 pm when I spoke to Ben I explained I wasn’t happy about the customer service and he said he would call AJ and he would be calling me immediately. AJ again failed to return my call. Customer service was great up until receiving the hot tub. They received their money and seem to not care about anything afterwards! Would never give them another dime.
