They are quick and efficient. They communicate well with the customer. They told me that the problem with my vehicle had probably been recalled and that I could get in touch with the dealer and have it fixed without charge. I did just what they told me to do. Thank you, Ponder, for being honest! I will continue to do business with you!

I have witnessed this place going out of there way to help everybody even if they didn't have time to work on it they made sure they were fixed somehow. Excellent place.

I went in on a Friday before a holiday to get my lights fixed. I called them on Monday and they said they ordered the part but didn't know where it was. I called on Tuesday at 11 a.m. and they said the part had just gotten there and that someone would be in in a half hour to fix it. I called at 4 and they said the person had just come in and just started working on it. I went over there and saw my car in their lot with no one working on it. They finally finished my car and told me that they needed to order a part for my taillight. I left, and found that, among other things, my horn didn't work, my headlights still didn't work, and when my turn signal clicked off, the high beams flashed. I took it back and they told me that they said the car wasn't fixed. Now why would they give back me a car that wasn't fixed? If I knew that it was still broken, there is no way I would have driven away. I could have hurt someone! They finally fixed the car, but boy, it just was not worth all the lies.

This is a great place for auto repair. I want to thank them so much for helping me with my car. Y'all are very nice and understanding. I will be telling all my friends about the awesome service I recieved here! Don't listen to those negative reviews. They were great. LW

Took my car there for a strange noise. Told me my rack and pinion needed replaced as it was leaking power steering fluid like a fountain. Said at least $500 for parts and I would have to fill it up at least once a day until it was fixed. Now, if it was that bad I would have noticed it in my steering or there would have been evidence on my garage floor. Charged me $170 juct to check it. I ignored their advise. Two months later and my steering fluid level hasn't lowered a drop. BEFORE taking it there I had no tire or alignment issues. After I left car needed aligning and tires need balancing. I would not take my car there again. If I could give zero stars I would.

It has taken them almost 2 months to fix my car. Everytime ive gone in they try and make excuses and blow me off. It seems they have no idea what they are talking about. I had a thermostat heading replaced a while back and it cost almost 300$ we know another guy who would do it for 50$. As a college guy ive been through hell not having any transportation. I will never take my car there again and i do not advise anyone else to either. They are ridiculously slow, overpriced, and unorganized.
