He made the whole experience special for my whole family. I purchased a new Ford Fusion for my daughter and when we left the dealership, she knew everything about her new car. Ramey Ford was very honest, fair and complimentary of their competition. We had shopped Bristol and Elizabethton for the same car but were treated rudely at both dealerships. We felt like we saved at least $1200-$1500 by purchasing at Ramey. Mike has called to check on us several times and we have only had the car for three weeks.
