Provided by DexKnowsI grew up with a dentist that always gave painful experiences no matter how small the cavity. I even had a tooth that my previous dentist filled three time (eventually nearly touching the nerve). I ended up having problems out of that tooth and needed a dentist. I took a chance and set up an appointment with Dr. Langenbrunner. I cried for days before my appointment because of my anxiety. He was very friendly, introduced hinself and seemed to really want to get to know his patients. He did really well to calm me down by friendly conversation and joking. Not only did he calm me, he was able to numb me without much pain from the shot and absolutely no pain during the two fillings I got. I absolutely recommend this office. The staff were extremely friendly and the cleaning was wonderful. While I can't say much about the other dentists as I have no experience with them, I can say I enjoy going to see Dr. Langenbrunner. He has helped me overcome my extreme anxiety and I am extremely thankful for that.

Provided by DexKnowsLet me begin by saying when I was younger, my wisdom teeth grew in sideways and caused my teeth to press against each other because I could not get them pulled out in time. This caused some of my teeth to abscess leading to extractions, root canals, and eventually gum disease. I had to let this catastrophe go until I could get insurance and enough money to try and repair them. Well as you can imagine, my teeth were not in the greatest of shape. I go into University Dental with hopes of finding a trustworthy and understanding medical professional and sure enough I was very disappointed with the service. First, the Dental Hygienist barely even cleaned my teeth because I suppose she did not want to waste her time on such a filthy set of teeth? Well I gave the benefit of the doubt and went in for the Second visit to get a filling. The Dentist Assistant talked on her phone and to the Dentist about their life events pretty much the whole time I was suppose to be receiving repairs? The filling was also suppose to be composite and not silver. The Dentist, Sara J. O' Daniel, did not even introduce herself to me or ask me about my problems? She just did the job and left without concern about me? I really don't know why I'm being treated this way by professionals who are suppose to abide by Medical Ethics and Code of Conduct. I felt like a vagrant after I left this place and I do not suggest anyone who has major problems to go here for any reason.
