Don't recommend. It may be the cheapest one around but go to a more expensive unless you want them to break your items. They broke 2 tv stands and one guy stepped on the stove and broke it. They say they have insurance but they must not. He would be willing to buy 2 replacement tv stands but wouldn't do anything about the stove so thinking about taking it to court and suing for the cost of a replacement.

Very good moving company and they are hard working men

First, they were 3 1/2 hours late. These men were friendly but terribly rough with my furniture. They significantly damaged one piece then tried to tell me the damage was already there. It was so obvious that my friends asked what on earth happened to it? They chose to drag a cabinet with my rug, rather than picking up the cabinet, and it scratched up the wood floor. They put a dent in the wall, and a deep scratch in the wood floor where a piece of furniture slipped. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I could never use them again or recommend them.

I would highly recommend these professional men for your next move. They moved me in record time. These were the hardest working men I have seen in a long time.

Frye has moved me twice. Because my Dad was a "troubleshooter" when I was growing up and I also went into mining where mines come and go and you move to find new work when they do, I've moved over 40 times in my life. I've never used movers who were as quick and still careful as Frye. Nothing broken, nothing scratched, done in record time at roughly half the price I've paid the national companies in the past. On a scale of one to ten, I'd give them an eleven - in fact, I'm in the process of moving back to Johnson City and I just called them to get an estimate on lead time and pricing. You really don't appreciate Frye unless you've hired the big-name movers who mostly use contractors and cruise the destination to find dayworkers for the offload. You hire Frye, you get the Frye family.

Unless you get the owner to actually move your stuff I wouldn't suggest them. Careless movers broke the glass in my china hutch because the guy rammed his foot through it! (and the guy that did it never apologized or acted like it happened- as I stood there and watched!) I do have to say though that Mark is a nice guy and knows what he is doing....he should hire help that works as he does!
