Griswold Middle School offers education to students in grades six through eight. It has an enrollment of more than 500 students and is affiliated with the Griswold School District. The school s curriculum includes a variety of subjects, such as language arts, social studies, mathematics, science, French, technical and physical education. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities to students, which include music, dramatics, yearbook, fine arts, band, chorus, strings and orchestra. The school also provides speech and pathology services and physical and occupational therapies to students. The amenities offered by the school include a library, media center, cafeteria and a computer laboratory. Griswold Middle School is located in Jewett City, Conn.
