The best in the northeast

i bought and paid for $4,000 worth of blinds. they get installed. they are the cheapest blind that i have ever seen. they are the equivalent of a home depot $50.00 blind. then i heard a radio ad that states they provide superior products worth far more than you pay...NOT. so then i complain, 1 blind broke in 2 weeks of use, 3 blinds are so cheap and light their own weight wont allow them to drop into place and cover the window, 2 blinds go up crooked and go down crooked. they double talk me into a discount...of $417 plus a $200 dinner, but until the end of negotiations do i realize the $417 discount was the original discount i got in order for them to get my business. so now they want to repair the broken blind (after 2 weeks of use it should be replaced, not repaired), give me $200 for my troubles.....then they come up with a brilliant idea they will come get the blinds and of course this only leave me with uncovered windows with a bunch of holes in my wood
