Parts in stock with good price. A major name garage door company quoted me a price for two torsion springs, wrong diameter but would work, they didn't carry the size I needed. Fred C Johnson had the right size in stock and for less than half the price from the other company. Thanks!

I called Fred C Johnson because my garage door wouldn't open. They offered me a same day appointment which I had to decline due to a conflict. They came out the next day and were prompt and accomodated my requests. They called me to let me know they were on the way. The office was customer friendly and curteous. My door works great. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs.

Had 2 torsion springs replaced. When the technician arrived, and after looking at the door, I was advised that he did not have the proper springs in in his truck. He told me that he had placed a call to their central office and that the springs were being fabricated and would be delivered soon. He proceeded with the dis-assembly. The replacement springs arrived within an hour, and he completed the installation. Their labor rate was higher than the competition, but their price for parts was significantly less, and the total job cost was about 1/2 the price of the other estimates that I received. I would highly recommend
