Run, don't walk, to a vet in any surrounding town! We had the worst experience here with our dog! They were uncaring, apparently undertrained, and generally callous. They also did not tell us up front of an additional charge at the end of the procedure we needed, which was another poor way to do business. We did not get the feeling that these vets like anything except your payments! Take your animals to Godfrey, Alton or Carrollton - any where but here folks. I'd drive to another state if needed, rather than EVER go here again.
