      At Harris County Smokehouse, we like to prepare a meal the same way it was done 40 years ago. That’s why every egg is freshly cracked and every brisket spends all night in the smoker. We’re proud to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day long to make sure you can get your pancake or BBQ fix whenever you need it. And if you happen to need a break from meat, we've got plenty of delicious salad entrees to keep you full and smiling. Our family's been in the restaurant business for as long as we can remember, and we’re excited to continue the tradition here in Houston.
