Best hosting decision we have made. Support is stellar, and the network is solid. As someone mentioned it'll cost a bit more, but less than firehost when you need PCI DSS, custom security (or help securing) and daily backups you don't want to be looking at web hosting from bluehost or godaddy. Trust me, been there, done that and regretted it, not knowing better. By the way firehost is excellent too, but ustinet will save you a few bucks. John C.

It's not too often that you will find a company that doesn't have heavy sales tactics. Rather all the people I spoke to here are very helpful and insightful. It seems they do know their stuff and seemingly have been around a while (since '94ish). Pricing wasn't the bottom line, although I did find their pricing to be somewhat premium--but not outrageous by any means. Pretty much on par with bigger B2B specialty boutiques we've dealt with. I am now five plus months now into their solution which includes business Internet access with dedicated VoIP hosting for about 15+ users for a New York office, and I find myself with only good things to say. Any kinks along the way were speedily handled and they can send a tech on-site pretty darn quick. A plus if you are in their area.K.G. (NYC)

Excellent host.They are detail oriented and got us going without a hickup ! A far cry than any other host we've worked with. I'd recommend them for web hosting and their web development. Can't speak for the rest, since we don't use their dsl.
