There is no nice way to put this: Worst experience EVER. Mr. Silberman was ice cold, unfriendly, condescending and did as little as possible to earn his flat rate. Now I understand why good attorneys charge per hour. They WORK for their money. Clearly the flat rate equals: lazy. He was very concerned about making a conference call appointment after our hearing and constantly looked at his watch and cell phone while the opposing attorney raked me over the coals, even though I was the victim. The criminal in this case walked away scott-free, head held high as his lawyer was simply better. What a waste of time and money. I highly regret hiring this attorney. I should have known better when I walked into their office and saw how old and dirty it was. It needs renovating badly. Bad sign. My fault. Avoid at all costs!
