Here at Roots Yoga Studio, we offer daily group classes and private lessons for beginners, those at an intermediate level, and advanced students. Our classes are taught in the traditional Hatha Yoga style and are designed for those who are looking to build not only strength and flexibility for the body, also a way to relieve stress and quiet the mind.

Good service and did a nice job on my Keratin Complex Express treatment (bought through Living Social). Promoted additional services and hair products but wasn't pushy so I didn't mind; also got the impression that owner/manager Patricia wouldn't push something she didn't think was a good suggestion or the right thing for you. Don't expect a fancy place - but also don't expect fancy prices. They're pretty reasonable ($120 for a full priced Keratin Complex Express treatment that lasts about 4 wks; $80 per ounce for full keratin straightening treatment that lasts a few months). I'm going back for a full color, cut and straightening treatment, if that says anything.
