1) they never pick up their phone

2) Store hours says they open at 11 but got there at 1130 they are still close

3) got there at 4, they were finally open but told me to come back at 7pm and pick up the hat

4) walked 10 blocks to pick up the hat and When I got there by 7pm they were already closing and the hat didn't get done at all and said to come back at 8pm when they were already closing the gate.

5) WASTE OF MY TIME
