I absolutely love Joseph's florist. I needed to send flowers to my mother's job for her birthday. It was last minute and the only florist that would take the order was Joseph's. They really helped me get out of a jam. Next time I need to order flowers I am going straight to Joseph's.

I love the flowers at Joseph's. They always have the best selection and everything is so fresh. Not to mention they have such a friendly staff. I always have and always will call Joseph's Florist when i need flowers

Horrible service! They didn't deliver the flowers that I had ordered for Mother's day! And they didn't notify me! When I called on Tuesday, they said that someone would call me back, no one did. By Thursday, I called back and got through to someone who didn't know and had to call me back. We played phone tag and then almost resolved the problem, but he had to check with the owner. This was the worst part, the owner was rude, raising her voice at times, interrupting me often, and even made snide remarks stating "no one would deliver this for this price" I said that's fine if I had known before, but I didn't know. I asked for the item to be delivered with a discount (though 2 weeks had past) and she said that "for that price, [she] could put some cut flowers in a clear vase and that's all she can do" I asked her what it would look like and she said "it's just cut flowers". Worst service ever!! I believe that her respect for her customers depends on $$$.Disgraceful for a family business
