I was reluctantly going to go to the Pawn Brokers up the other block to sell some jewelrybecause they had ripped me off in the past. On the way, I came across Jersey City Gold Buyers LLC, which appeared to be a new place, as I hadn't noticed it before. I went inside and spoke with the gentleman at the window, and asked him to quote a price for a necklace. His quote was higher than all the other places I had gone to in Jersey City. So I made my first transaction with him. I did not feel ripped off, and left quite pleased. The two men that were there were very attentive, friendly, and patient. Only complaint I have is that the following day, Wed. 10/12 I went back with my daughter as she had some jewelry she wanted to sell, got there at 4:30 PM and found notice on the door that they were closed. They should adhere to the hours of operation posted on the door. If it was not for this issue, I would give them 5 stars. I do recommend them, just call ahead to confirm that they are open.

beat all the other offers i got. definitely recommend.

my grandmother gave me a box of jewelry but most of it looked fake. the guy tested every piece and was very patient. most of irt wasnt real except for a few small necklaces and he made me an offer. i went to 2 other stores to get prices but they werent as high as what i got offered here. if i find anything else i will 100% go back here.

i sold some silver coins and some broken earings i had no idea that they were worth so much. i definately recommend this place.
