Do not waste your time going to this place. Their staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Plus they will make you wait forever. All I wanted to know was how long it was going to take as something had gotten inside my eye and needed immediate attention. First the receptionist was rude and did not answer my question. Thirty minutes later I asked the lady who puts insurance information, she was even worst. Two hours later, I asked a nurse who said everyone here has an emergency and you are not special. After waiting there for more than 2 hours, I left to go to another place (Lenscrafters at the Newport Mall). I am glad I made that decision, as Doctors and staff members at Lenscrafter were really nice and behaved like normal people unlike people at Savoy and Siegel.

I didn't even want to give it a star but being I hadon't too, I'll give it 1. I was the second person as soon as they opened at 9am on a Saturday and stood in for 3 hrs. While I had an appmt at 930am. Walk ins came in and walked out first than I did. Last time I come to this place.

I Must say I've been bringing my kids for over 22 years, and I have never had a problem with the service, Best Prices yet, compare to any eye dr . I must say , The Ladies at the front desk are very friendly, However, The ladies on the side lines calling the Insurance places are extremely Moody , never Smiling and instead of trying to help you they are very Sarcastic , Very Rude!!!! maybe they should change their Staff, everything else will be Great!!!

I can see!!!! I went in without an appointment. I saw Pat at the front desk it was late and she was able to have me seen. I have no complaints! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

This office was recommended by a friend, so I drove the 1/2 hour and it was well worth it. The front staff was friendly even though they were extremely busy. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and they had great prices. I was able to upgrade my glasses and contacts above what the insurance company pays. Lady in the front, I think her name was Patti, was so helpful and friendly.
