The company has a portfolio of nearly 75 shopping centers, with more than 15.3 million square feet of gross leasable area located in more than 10 states. Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust conducts all of its business and holds all of its interests in its properties, through its operating partnership, Ramco-Gershenson Properties, either directly or indirectly through partnerships or limited liability companies, which hold fee titles to the properties. It owns approximately 85 percent of the interests in its operating partnership. Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust is headquartered in Farmington Hills, Mich.
