This is the best boudin. My family is from Mermentau and I spent my summers eating this boudain. I have not found any boudin to compare ( especially in Houston, TX). If you are going down I - 10 make a quick stop at Boudin King. It's worth It.

This is "where the locals eat". The gumbo and fried fish are the best I've ever eaten. The boudin is very good and made with a recipe even folks not from here like. And where else can you eat AND see a collection of LARGE stuffed fish as well as about an 8-12 foot stuffed gator!
