Established in 2000, Harbor House Ministries is a nonprofit organization that provides housing services to individuals with severe and multiple impairments. It provides a variety housing services, including community homes, public housing developments, income-eligible rental, homeowner properties and market-rate housing. The organization also offers programs, such as foster care, adoption and shelter services, transportation and visitation, and intensive family reunification. It provides a variety of family-based mental health services, including treatment for drug and alcohol and co-occurring disorders. Its provides a variety of services to its residents, such as nutritional meals, housekeeping, medication management, 24-hour staff, emergency call system, laundry service, and social and recreational programs.
