Jeffersonville Bancorp is a bank holding company for First National Bank of Jeffersonville. The company is engaged in the business of managing its subsidiary bank. Through the bank, it provides traditional banking services, including a wide range of checking and savings accounts, loans, safe deposit box facilities and ATMs at selected branch locations. It also provides lending, depository and related financial services to commercial, industrial, financial and governmental customers, including short- and long-term loans, revolving credit arrangements, inventory and accounts receivable financing, real estate construction lending, and mortgage loans. The bank has one subsidiary, FNBJ Holding Corporation, which is a real estate investment trust.
