I have used BJ Heating and Cooling for my HVAC maintenance & emergency needs since moving into my home in 2008. I am now preparing to sell my house. They did an excellent job inspecting my HVAC unit and giving me information that will help my realtor sell our home quickly. They were able to get me onto their schedule in a timely manner, and their technician-Trey- was very friendly and personable.
