Last night I came to your store to return some bar stools and rebuy different ones. This was a credit card transaction and would have only taken a minute. I arrived at 8:03 and the door was locked. I had traveled 30 miles to get there. A person came to the door, but said they could not do the transaction as they had just closed. Now I have shopped at many stores and know it takes more than 3 minutes to close-out. I asked to speak to a manager and a woman came to the door and said they could do nothing. (I am not sure she was the manager.) I found the store to be very unaccommidating considering I live in Southern Indiana and had traveled so far. I was unaware close time was 8:00 p.m. Most stores are 9:00. Just wanted you to know I was very unhappy and probably will not come to this store as often for special items.
