If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took this position through a staffing servic. The moral was terrible and this place is poorly manage. The employment agency offers you a fifty cent raise after 14 days if you are not late and have no absence histor. After riding my bike to work in the rain Thursday April 9, 2015 my phone got soaked and I had to replace it. On Friday April 10, 2015 after not ever being late or missing a day I bought a new phone and called my old phone to check my voicemai.Turns out Generac let me go on Thursday yet never told me when I reported to work on Friday April 10, 2015. Seems they have a habit of letting temps go when it's time to give them a rais. As I said moral is pretty bad at the Jefferson location but I was trying to be loya. I guess that is what I get for trying to stay on a sinking ship where they more people quit than get hire. I would not recommend Generac to anyone looking for wor. They are poorly managed and do not appreciate hard workers. Worst employment experience of my 42 years on this eart.
