Hands down, the best care and service I've seen anywhere. Straight forward and no games.

The vet was great, he even made a house call. I started using them when I move to Jackson county. He was so caring when my pet developed cancer.

The front desk was really helpful at getting me in that day. The doctor was nice and she was wonderful with my cat.

I adopted a spayed cat from the vet and had her de-clawed. One month later, she began acting like she was in heat and I had to have tests done to check her estrogen levels. After tests, two rounds of antibiotics, and office visit costs, the cat has now cost me around $400.00! (they did say they would refund some of the cost if the test came back positive) I left the office crying...all this right before Christmas! Some of the charges I didn't even know about. If you use this vet, ask about all costs beforehand! I thought I was doing something good by adopting a cat, and we do love her so much, but with all this aggravation and cost, I'm not sure I would do it again!

All staff are friendly and helpful. This is my first experience in waiting with my pet in a waiting room and being there to support him through the examination. In my experience, staff go above and beyond-
