I ordered the "Daisy Daydreams" flowers for a funeral..I chose this because of the lavender and purple flowers. The flowers were all fall colors and the basket was brown instead of white. I didn't receive a phone call to ask if I'd like to change my choice of arrangement.

Very poor service. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. They were out of the vase that I ordered, so they didn't sent the arrangement, nor did they call me and tell me this. I only found this out when I called them to ask why my daughter didn't receive the flowers. This was very disappointing.
