My mother recently traded in her truck for one from Tarr Chevrolet. My mother lives in NY and 6 wks after purchasing the truck needs a new engine and transmission. An extended warranty was purchased with the vehicle, but turns out to be worthless. The warranty company denied the claim due to the fluids not being changed regularly and causing damage. My mother has owned the vehicle for only 6 weeks and the last 2 weeks it's been in the shop. She has put a little over 1,000 miles on it, mostly driving back to NY. Tarr Chevrolet has not done anything to fix the vehicle or situation.

Today I had 5 star service from Keith at Tarr. He came and picked up my CRV, had it detailed and an estimate compiled for me to get my bumper repaired. My expectations were exceeded ! Thanks Tarr Chevy team

Good service but they use your phone number to place annoying sales calls to you. The person on the phone was very rude when I called and asked to be taken off their call list.
