Customer service at Lowe's in Jefferson City TN is atrocious. I had bought new door locks at the store in Knoxville near the Knoxville center and they didn't fit. Took them back to the store in Jeff city and the woman in customer acted like I was trying to rob her. She needs to be sent down the road talking to herself.

Went to Lowes store in Jefferson City yesterday May 18th to buy a grill. Couldn't get anyone to help me so I went through garden to buy some potting soil. while I was there it was not busy so I decided to get the grill. The lady at the checkout counter could not help me and I had to walk back into the store to get the number and then walk back to garden where she was rude and not helpful. Then to cap it off she charged my Lowes card for a three year warrenty without my consent. Would not go there again. I'd rater drive the extra miles to go to another one.
