I wouldn't go to this location if you like your hair at all. I had mine and my 4 yr olds hair cute and not only was mine butchered(layers uneven and bottom crooked) but I asked to trim my daughters and cut to side since I was growing to the length of her hair. Well my daughter comes over to me with her hair cut above her eyes and no where near straight. She was in tears because it was past her nose and I was very unhappy. When I called the next day to speak to a manager to let them know the 2 ladies were more worried about gossiping then cutting she was very rude and then put me on hold and had someone else get on the phone. I would not recommend this place to a chihuahua let alone another human being. I get our hair cut at the great clips in farragut all the time with no problems but tried this one since it's closer. Needless to say, I will drive the 40 minutes through traffic for our hair to be done correct.
