The technician arrived in less than an hour from the time I called for service, and this business is located 30min away, and I have never used them before. Wow! I was expecting to have to shower at the Y and go to the laundromat for a couple more days. Mr. Woods got right to work, even though the temperature was about 10 degrees with a terrible wind chill. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and he smelled awesome! (Not like a plumber!) It only took him an hour and a half to get the drain cleared, tell me exactly what the problem is and what I need to do to keep the drain clear, and be done. I had had service from a local plumber out here 3 times and was still having issues! He was very honest and made me feel much better about the situation. It's no fun being unable to wash dishes or clothes, or take a shower, or flush the toilet! Especially when the weather is awful. Great service from Roto-Rooter of Jefferson City!

We experienced a clogged sewer drain at our home. The service man was very professional and had a great understanding of what he was doing. Even my husband was impressed!
