We were there this last Saturday evening (May 8th) to celebrate our daughter's graduation with her Masters. Yes it was the Saturday before Mother's Day so we expected a wait. But what we didn't expect was 3 screaming children ages 1 to 4 and two parents who did nothing to correct them. They screamed the entire time we were there and no one from Red Lobster stepped in and addressed the problem. They could have been given their food in to go containers, given a discount to boot. But no instead they allowed them to ruin our dinner and anyone else's in the same room. The food was only so so - the service was good-but the environment stunk! I really did think Management should have stepped up to the plate and handled the situation. You failed miserably. We won't be visit your location again.
