I have had a great experience with J&D. My wife and I purchased two bikes from them in May of 2009. They have a very knowledgable and helpful staff. They have taken care of us from the get-go. They do free maintenance for any bike bought from them, and this has proved itself VERY helpful. They are reasonably priced and very friendly.

very disappointed as seemed helpful when went in and purchased small items. we then took in a tandem for them to assemble with written and verbal instructions, of which they happily agreed to, one being to not put on original brakes but replacement brakes, and a different derailer. instead they put original brakes on and charged us $30 to take them back off and put on the brakes we had originally and always asked for. they would not adjust or change derailer and said they would email with price , they didn't nor did they call back any times they promised they would. in fact there was no communication unless we kept calling. They were very difficult to work with. wont go there again.
